Challenge Problems


As often as I can, I like to offer up some 'Challenge Problems' for the students to tackle.

They are optional and may not be for everyone, but I do believe that struggling through them will result in a better understanding of the course concepts and 'big ideas'. The problems typically require students to work without numbers or examples to prove various statements.

I will post explanations or solutions to these problems gradually, as I see fit...

But, if you are curious, just ask!
